What to write about

• A refused answer. Tell us the prompt and the answer you typed. If it fits, it joins the bank with a grade. You can also suggest it straight from the results screen after a dive.
• Account trouble. Sign-in problems, a lost account, or a progress question. Tell us the email on the account, never your password.
• A bug. What you tapped, what you expected, what happened instead, and whether you were on phone or computer.
• Business and press. Partnerships, coverage and everything else commercial.
